Delightful hosts and comfortable room. Warm and friendly welcome. Spacious and comfortable room with a king-size bed and two comfortable single mattresses. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice and great service. Friendly family-run establishment.
No bath in the bathroom, only a shower. Limited options for breakfast, would have liked some melon.

Farm Burscough Villa was a delightful and homely place to stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our room and ensuite were spacious, providing a relaxing stay. We enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast, and the location, away from the main road, ensured a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The small shop on-site was convenient, and we especially enjoyed dining in the sunny garden. it was a restful and enjoyable stay, with all the necessary amenities.
No negatives from this place. 😊

We recently stayed at The Farm Burscough for a weekend getaway. The clean and well decorated room, along with the comfortable beds, made for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the first-rate breakfast, which featured local produce, including fresh farm eggs from the chickens just around the corner. The hotel's location on a working farm added to the charm, with a courtyard development of artisan units, such as a potters workshop and cakemaker. The peacefulness of the rural setting, overlooking Martin Mere bird reserve, was simply magical, especially when wild swans flew in against the backdrop of a setting sun. the location, staff, and breakfast were all lovely, and we even had the chance to bring some delicious food home from the onsite farm shop.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a converted barn with beautiful beamed ceilings. the room was clean and comfortable with excellent tea, coffee, and hot chocolate facilities. the large toilet/shower room was also very clean. the farm's location was ideal, with plenty of flat walks in the peaceful countryside, perfect for a romantic stroll. the staff were warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The price per night was a little on the pricey side. the bedroom doors slammed quite loudly, which could be a problem if you have guests who go up and down to smoke in the evening.

The location near the Wetlands at Martin Mere was ideal, and the relaxed environment made me feel right at home. The barn room above the cafe and farm shop was absolutely lovely, offering a unique and comfortable stay. The staff, especially the ladies running the shop and breakfast, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was tasty and served with a warm welcome. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the bathroom spotless. The wifi was efficient, and the provided toiletries were high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for its charming ambiance, helpful staff, and convenient location.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
